9:00 am - Black Coffee
I love starbucks coffee, it may be a serious addiction. No other coffee is as bold and most other coffees leave a lingering taste in my mouth that I do not like. But I hardly ever feel right paying $3 - $5 on a cup of coffee. However, today I decided to treat myself, because I lost another 1/2 pound! I am starting to believe this is a pretty fool proof plan as long as the directions are directly followed.10:00 am - POM 1

1:00 pm - Meal 1
Blueberries and yogurt! The wait is pretty difficult. When it was noon I started to feel pretty bad hunger pangs, but I managed to get through it. The Starbucks coffee really helped.

I had a turkey dog, over mixed greens with some djon mustard ( I left my honey mustard in Fort Lauderdale, so I had to substitute) But I really like this dish. I'm not necissarily a hot dog type of person. I actually used to look down on them, but these turkey dogs are very good. I'm really not used to eating so much animal protein and a hot dog would normally upset my stomach but the ones I use do not.
