8:00 am - Cold Bath
I did the 15 minute bath and I was really proud of myself8:30 am - POM 1
I had a hard time getting up. First thing was a nice cup of black coffee and then some walking around.Meal 1
I had blueberries, yogurt, hard boiled egg, string cheese and a small apple.

I put my dance video (10 minute sessions) for 30 minutes. It's not easy dancing around a 4 year old but I do it anyway! I use 10 Minute Solution: Dance Mix with Jennifer Galardi and its very basic. I would recommend it to anyone who isn't the most coordinated and likes to get up and move.Meal 2
I had chicken salad with spinach.7:00 pm - POM 3
I went to visit friends and was planning on taking a walk with them around their beautiful neighborhood, but it ended up raining. So I did not do so well with this one. But I was walking around the grocery store for about 15 minutes, so I will count that!
