Started my morning out with a nice walk. It was about 90 and 80% humidity so a bit tough but Mater and I still got threw it. We took our usual route with no incident and did a full 45 minutes.

12:20 pm: Meal #1
This was one of my biggest fears, going out to eat and sticking to the program. With family in town during my first week I was extra stressed out as I knew going out to eat would be hard to avoid. This was my second time eating out but it went surprisingly well. I love that 6 weeks to OMG does not have recipes or prepared food. It teaches you how to eat so I felt prepared when looking at the menu. I went with a 3 egg white omelet with cheddar cheese, spinach, tomato, onion and mushrooms. I only ate about half but because it was so huge:

3:30 pm: POM2
Worked around the house cleaning up for about 15 minutes - not super exciting but the job needs to get done.
4:00 pm: Meal #2
Still have chicken from Wholefoods so I grilled it on the George Foreman grill and seasoned lightly with a Parmesan seasoning I picked up from Carmines.

6-8 Worked a Wine Tasting
I know this isn't part of my program but I wanted to point out that I faced my biggest temptation and made it. Every other Thursday I volunteer and pour wine at The Wine Cellar! So this week was my week and I poured amazing wine for two hours without one sip! Yeah me!!
8:20 pm Meal 3
No POM3 but I would consider being on my feet pouring wine to fit into the POM3. For dinner I just was not hunger so I had two pieces of Ezekiel bread with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Dessert was my favorite Greek pop!
