8:15 Cold bath for 15 minutes:
I didn't have a water thermometer so not sure what the temp was but as cold as my faucet went - note I live in South Florida so not that cold!
8:30 Black Coffee Brewed:
1 regular size cup of black coffee with absolutely nothing in it. Used a to-go cup to take the coffee on my POM!8:45 45 Minute Brisk Walk:
Took our dog Mator along and he loved it. Walked 45 minutes briskly in the brutal South Florida sun
10:30 Zumba:
I'm a member of 24 Hour Fitness and LOVE their Zumba classes.
12:30 Breakfast:

My plan was to take a second brisk walk but there was a HUGE thunderstorm so I decided to do some house keeping for 15 minutes - walking up and down stairs, folding laundry, sweeping etc....I did this until 3:15 then waited 15 minutes before having meal #23:30 Meal #2
Grilled chicken breast (from Whole Foods), asparagus and 2% cottage cheese and a La Croix (amazing sparkling water with 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 calories and a ton of flavor)7:15 POM3:
Fifteen minute brisk walk around the neighborhood with Mator then waited 20 minutes before my third and final meal of the day.8:10 Meal #3:
Fresh Mahi caught by Bryan with steamed broccoli and 1/4 cup Quinoa. My treat of the day was a Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt - YUM!Overall today was a good day for me. I did feel a bit more hungry than usual tonight and I'm thinking it was due to the Zumba class. We will see how tomorrow goes, the exercise part seems to be the hardest for me, especially the morning 45 minutes.
