Tip to Stay Full Longer
Load up on zero calorie, zero sweetened (yes that means Stevia, Equal, Spenda, etc) drinks. Water! Coffee, Green Tea, Sparkling Water. These are just some suggestions, that seem to work very well. Often your body confuses thirst for hunger. So, when you feel really hungry between meals, instead of snack drink something cool and refreshing and wait 20 minutes. You will be suprised how many times you are no longer hungry, just cause you were thristy!
Quick Tip for Cold Bath
We live in Sout Florida, so it's very difficult, especially in the summer, to get water less than 80 degrees. I run my bath the night before and let the water get cold from the room. I also like cooler temperature at night, so my AC is set about 73 degrees. By the time I get up in the morning the bath is very cool. Just be sure your bathtub is nice and clean before doing this. Also, Venice Fulton recommended putting ice cubes in your bath. I'm sure that will work just as good.
